SHIPPING POLICY
Fate & Frolic offers free standard shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping is included in listed prices, so there are no surprise shipping charges at checkout.
Oversized, unusually fragile, or one-of-a-kind pieces that cannot be safely shipped by a standard carrier may require local pickup, local delivery, or a custom shipping quote.
Free local pickup is available by appointment. Fate & Frolic does not operate a retail storefront. Exact pickup details and instructions will be provided after purchase.
Local delivery is available for eligible orders of $100 or more within 30 miles of ZIP code 14701. The delivery fee is $50 per order, not per item. Delivery will be scheduled after purchase. Oversized, unusually fragile, or difficult-to-deliver pieces may require a custom delivery quote.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Standard handmade items and apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and no restocking fee is charged.
Functional Narrative Sculpture, custom or commissioned work, personalized items, earrings, gift cards, and products marked Sale, Final Sale, or As-Is are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact Fate & Frolic within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you on an appropriate repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.
Because our work is handmade, natural variations in glass, wood, clay, solder, color, texture, and finish are part of each piece’s character and are not considered defects. A written copy of this policy is available upon request.
